Shipping Policy


SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Effective Date: 30th December 2025

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Dispatch timelines may vary during sale periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Logistics & Delivery Partners

My Glamour engages third-party logistics partners for shipping and delivery. Responsibility for transit rests with the logistics partner until delivery is completed.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Handling and delivery charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where a return is approved due to My Glamour’s verified error.

4. Delivery Address & Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete.
My Glamour is not liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

5. OTP-Based Secure Delivery

For select orders, delivery may be completed only after OTP verification.

  • OTP must be shared only at the time of physical delivery.
  • My Glamour is not responsible for losses arising from OTP misuse.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • A maximum of three delivery attempts may be made.
  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the order may be cancelled.
  • Shipping charges may be deducted from the refund, if applicable.

7. Delivery Delays

While My Glamour makes best efforts to ensure timely delivery, delays due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or other uncontrollable events may occur. No compensation is payable for such delays.

8. Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup is subject to pin-code serviceability.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product using a reliable courier.

9. Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery of the product.
