Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction

This Policy and all transactions, communications, and contractual relationships arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Policy, the Platform, or any transactions conducted thereon, to the exclusion of all other courts.
 

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Policy, the Platform, or any transaction conducted on the Platform (“Dispute”), the parties shall first attempt to resolve the Dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations within thirty (30) days from the date on which such Dispute is formally notified by one party to the other.

If the Dispute is not resolved through amicable discussions within the aforesaid period, the Dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by My Glamour. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

The arbitral award shall be final, binding, and enforceable on the parties. Subject to the foregoing, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of or in relation to the arbitration proceedings, including enforcement of the arbitral award.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent My Glamour from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction at Hyderabad, Telangana, in accordance with applicable law.
