CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 30th December 2025

1. Scope and Acceptance
This Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made on www.myglamour.in (“Website”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the purchase.

2. Order Cancellation

  1. Orders may be cancelled only prior to dispatch.
  2. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund on Cancellation:

  1. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  2. Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Evidence for Claims

To ensure fair resolution of disputes, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all claims relating to damaged, missing, incorrect, expired, or defective products.

  1. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Requests without valid unboxing evidence will not be processed.

4. Eligibility for Returns / Replacement / Refund

Subject to verification by My Glamour, the following cases may qualify for replacement, refund, or store credit:

  1. Incorrect product delivered (unused and unopened only)
  2. Product damaged during transit
  3. Manufacturing or quality defect
  4. Missing item(s)
  5. Expired product(s)

All requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Non-Eligible Scenarios

Requests will not be accepted if:

  1. The product has been opened, used, or altered
  2. Original packaging, labels, barcodes, freebies, or accessories are missing or damaged
  3. Product identification has been tampered with
  4. Damage is caused after delivery
  5. The complaint is raised:
    • After 48 hours for damaged/missing items
    • After 7 days from delivery for any reason

6. Resolution Process

Upon verification, My Glamour may offer one of the following remedies:

  1. Replacement (subject to stock availability)
  2. Refund to the original payment method
  3. Store credit

Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.

7. Coupons and Promotional Offers

Discount coupons and promotional vouchers are single-use. If an order using a coupon is cancelled or refunded, the coupon will not be reissued.

8. Exchange Policy

My Glamour does not offer exchanges at this time.
