Step 1 – Shampoo

  1. Wet hair thoroughly.

  2. Massage shampoo gently into the scalp and hair.

  3. Rinse with lukewarm water.

  4. Use 2–3 times weekly.

Step 2 – Hair Mask

  1. After shampooing, squeeze out excess water.

  2. Apply mask to mid-lengths and ends.

  3. Leave on for 5–10 minutes.

  4. Rinse thoroughly.

  5. Use once or twice weekly.
