  • Cleanse: Start with a gentle cleanser (such as Atoderm Gel douche) and gently dry your skin.

     

  • Apply: Squeeze a generous amount of Atoderm Crème Ultra onto your palm.

  • Massage: Apply to the skin and gently massage until fully absorbed.

  • Routine: Use once or twice daily, seven days a week. For best results, apply on slightly damp skin after showering.
